Darryl will spend as much time as needed drawing plans and helping in the design of your new home. We have found this helps keep changes and problems during construction to a minimum.

On completion of your new home we ask you to fill out a questionnaire on your experience with the building process and your suggestions on what we can do better. These can be found with our completed homes on our website. The best way to get a feel for our company and our building process is to talk to our past homeowners. We have open houses tours throughout the year that are hosted by our homeowners. They open up their homes for tours and are there to answer any questions you may have. The best form of advertisement is a happy homeowner.
